However, the shipping charges are non-refundable. All refunds will be given as merchandise/ store credit and will be applied to your future order. Any items returned without original documentation or that have been damaged or altered will be rejected.

All claims must be submitted within 14 days from date of purchase. Any claims submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

For eligible returns, please prepare the following:

1. An original receipt/ invoice with date of purchase or email confirmation. ( Returns without an invoice or email confirmation will not be accepted.)

2. Please provide detail pictures of damaged/shortage merchandise goods.
